I have bought and sold properties over the years and this was the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. This sale was not easy, as I am over a 1,000 miles away and I am Guardian for our family member, the owner, who is now in memory care. I felt relieved and confident and knew I was in excellent hands from my very first phone conversation with Deborah Ronson. She took care of everything for us, which included completely clearing out the 2 bedroom condo and thoroughly cleaning it. She staged it beautifully and the photos and marketing tools she provided were superb. It was under contract in only 2 weeks! We had a punch list of repairs and Deborah had a wonderful team of professional trades who were great to work with. They took care of our list easily, timely and perfectly. Deborah and her closing team were fantastic! Communication was excellent. I never once needed to ask how things were going, as we were given updates all along the way! I could not be happier with every aspect of this real estate transaction.
